Indiereader.com has written a very interesting article about the slump in sales amongst large chain bookstores due to internet sales rising. I am guilty of ordering things off of Amazon but I usually only purchase it from a used bookstore or indie publisher that use Amazon as their marketplace. 90% of the books I buy are bought from my favorite indie bookstores or they are ordered directly from the publisher/author.
